Tapstar Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the procedures for refunds and replacements for Tapstar products. Returns Tapstar does not accept returns
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must provide proof of purchase in the form of an order number, and the order must not have been fulfilled, shipped, or delivered as per carrier tracking information
Refunds (if applicable)If your Tapstar product is scratched or damaged upon delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement. To qualify for a replacement, customers must provide photo proof of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. If the Tapstar product does not adhere well to the case or phone, customers may be eligible for a replacement device, not a refund
If you encounter issues activating or using your Tapstar product with compatible devices, please contact our support team at [support@tapstar.com.au](mailto:support@tapstar.com.au) for assistance. In most cases, issues can be resolved with some helpful tips from our team.
If you have successfully activated your Tapstar product but are still experiencing issues, and our support team has been unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a refund. Once your refund is approved, we will send you an email confirming that your purchase has been refunded. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
WarrantyTapstar products come with a 30-day adhesive warranty. If the adhesive on your Tapstar product becomes defective within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a free replacement.
Pro Member Special WarrantyIf your Tapstar product becomes damaged or lost beyond 30 days after delivery, you are eligible for a free replacement. Please contact our support team at [support@tapstar.com.au](mailto:support@tapstar.com.au) for assistance with this.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account. If it is not posted, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in the processing time. If the refund is still not posted, please contact us at [support@tapstar.com.au](mailto:support@tapstar.com.au)
Sale ItemsOnly regular-priced items may be refunded, if applicable. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
ExchangesTapstar does not accept exchanges.
ShippingAs we do not accept returns, no shipping information is required.
